Crafts for a Cause Cristmas
What?
This is the first of a series of craft workshops that I (Hannah
Johnston) will offering to kindergarten and grade one students. During this two
hour period, my friend and I will be leading age-appropriate crafts, games, as
well as engaging students in other educational activities.
When/Where?
#1. Saturday
December 21st from: 1pm-3pm (10 spots available)
#2. Sunday
December 22nd from: 1pm-3pm

Price? $15 per child (covers
supplies costs + fundraising for soccer trip to Uganda) *see below

How to
register?

Why?
In March 2015 I will be traveling to Uganda with other soccer players from my school to teach girls soccer. I will be paying for this trip myself; therefore, I will be running holiday themed craft workshops throughout the school year to fundraise for this once in a lifetime opportunity.
About me:
-Grade 10 French immersion student at Vancouver Technical -90% or higher in all classes (on
Principal’s list) -Experienced babysitter/tutor -Love working
with children -Q.V.A. alumni (my sister Bronwyn is in kindergarten!) – Member
of Vancouver Olympic Club (I have competed nationally with track and field) -Played
soccer for ICSF and VFC -modeled for Ivviva Athletica –member of Sustainability Club at my school
